I love that I can walk to almost anything from this place! The rooms are cozy and cute, the staff is quick to respond to any concerns (my coworker couldn’t figure out the heater remote and the staff responded immediately and was ready to send someone down if need be!), and the beds are sooooo comfortable.

The Douglas is in a perfect location. We could easily walk to all of the best downtown tasting rooms on 3rd street, and the freeways were incredibly accessible so we could drive to any winery in Willamette Valley within 30 minutes. The rooms themselves were tastefully decorated and well equipped with all the small things you need for a comfortable stay (coffee, TV with free Hulu, toiletries, dishes and mini fridge, etc). A great value and we’d definitely stay again!

We had a lovely weekend at The Bungalow on 7th Street. The house is spacious & clean with 4 bedrooms and a pet friendly back yard. The beds were so comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen had everything we needed as I baked a dish for tailgating. The house, amenities and setup are well thought out. We walked to The Doulas on 3rd street to meet friends and enjoy the downtown restaurants. It’s about 7 blocks/12 minute walk for reference. We definitely recommend this property and will be back!

Very clean, the beds are SO comfy!! There’s a pillow library in case your pillow doesn’t suit your needs as well which is a nice touch. A nice environment to relax. So awesome it’s blocks away from food/wine. Had a great stay!

Great location. Easy walk to a variety of good restaurants. Owner #2 room was comfortable, well appointed. For our mid-week, December stay the hotel was quiet. The fact that there's no on site staff wasn't an issue. Great pre-stay communication. In-room binder with lots of helpful information. Quick response to texts. Would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our experience at Douglas on Third. The complementary wine from Pikes Road Winery next door was first rate. The room was spacious and great attention was given to the small details that made the stay extra special. Highly recommended.

Douglas On Third was a great find. We had the corner suite #14. It was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The check in/out process was very easy. You can easily walk anywhere on the main street in McMinnville from the hotel. I would stay here again.
